4. Non-refundable situations:
· The product was purchased through non-https://youducar.com/ channels.
· Purchased materials cannot be returned.
· Products damaged due to unavoidable factors, such as fire, flood and other force majeure.
· Exchanging products that have been received is not allowed in normal situations.
· Machines and accessories after 30 days of shipment or used more than 30 times are no longer eligible for return.
· All products, packages, and materials must be intact. Please keep the original packing box in case you need to send back the products, otherwise it might impact the progress of the return. Packages with damage cannot be returned.
▸ Refund Method
To return your product, please email us to get the shipping address, and we will provide you with a return address. Except for quality problems, you will have to pay for your own shipping costs of returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your returned product to reach our designated return address. We will also ask you to update the tracking number of the return package by email so that we can obtain the logistics information of the return package.

After we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will process the refund and send you the relevant proof by email, which usually takes 3-5 business days to process.
