Shipping Time & Logistics Details
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review the following guidelines regarding shipping options, associated fees, and delivery timelines for orders shipped to US addresses:
1. Ship from China (US Orders)
- Customs & Duties: You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, taxes, and clearance fees. If you require a lower declared value for customs purposes, please contact us in advance.
- Production & Transit to Logistics Center: Orders will start production immediately after payment confirmation, with a production time of approximately 1 business day. Brand-new products will then be transported from the factory to our logistics center, taking about 1 business day.
- Tracking for Factory-to-Logistics Transit: We will provide the tracking number and inquiry link for the China domestic courier used for factory-to-logistics center transit upon request.
- Website Tracking Update: The international shipping tracking number will be uploaded to the website within 2–3 business days after the product arrives at the logistics center.
- Cooperative Logistics Partners: We mainly cooperate with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and 4PX. If you prefer DHL, please note it when placing your order—we will contact you based on your address, and additional shipping fees may apply to certain regions.
- Delivery Timeline: After the product arrives at the logistics center, orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.
2. Ship from US Warehouse
- Customs & Duties: No additional duties or fees are required. Orders are shipped domestically from our US-based warehouse.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Logistics Partners: We cooperate with UPS, FedEx, and USPS for US domestic shipments.
3. Tax-Free Shipping Channel (US)
- Tax Benefit: This channel covers all import tariffs and taxes—you don’t need to pay any additional fees.
- Delivery Timeline: Due to optimized cost control, the delivery time is longer, generally 15–30 days.
- Tracking Status: The tracking status will not update before the package arrives in the US. Rest assured that the package is in normal transit, and the tracking number will show real-time updates once it reaches the local area.

In light of enhancing our EU customers' shopping experience, we've outlined clear shipping options below:
- Customs & Duties (for Standard/Express Channels): You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, taxes, and clearance fees. If you require a lower declared value for customs purposes, please contact us in advance.
- Production & Transit to Logistics Center: Orders will start production immediately after payment confirmation, with a production time of approximately 1 business day. Brand-new products will then be transported from the factory to our logistics center, taking about 1 business day.
- Tracking for Factory-to-Logistics Transit: We will provide the tracking number and inquiry link for the China domestic courier used for factory-to-logistics center transit upon request.

- Express Channel: Expected delivery within 7–10 working days.
- Tax-Free Shipping Channel (EU):
- Tax Benefit: This channel covers all import tariffs and taxes—you don’t need to pay any additional fees.
- Delivery Timeline: Due to optimized cost control, the delivery time is longer, generally 15–30 days.
