Is this compatible with my 2012 Acura TSX? Will it support my factory backup camera and steering wheel controls?

Yes, fully compatible.​ It is designed specifically for the 2009-2014 Acura TSX / Honda Spirior. The system retains and supports your factory backup camera​ (automatically activates in reverse) and all steering wheel controls, which remain fully programmable.

Is the 12.3-inch screen too large for my dashboard? Will it block any vents or buttons?

No.​ The unit is an OEM-style design​ tailored to fit the original radio space perfectly. It does not block air conditioning vents or essential buttons, offering an immersive view without compromising functionality.
