Will this unit fit perfectly in my 2015 Mazda 6, and does it look aftermarket?

Yes, it's a perfect fit.​ It's designed as an OEM-style replacement​ for the original screen, following the dashboard's contours for a factory-installed appearance. It does not block vents or controls.

Does it work with my steering wheel controls, backup camera?

Absolutely.​ All steering wheel controls are retained and fully programmable. The factory backup camera is fully supported and will activate automatically in reverse.

Will the 12.3-inch screen interfere with my field of view or the Active Driving Display (HUD)?

No.​ The screen is positioned within the natural sightline of the center stack and does not obstruct the driver's view of the road or the projected Active Driving Display (windshield HUD), which continues to function normally.
